Ball Cottage sits on the edge of Winsford, one of the prettiest villages in Exmoor.
It is beautifully equipped and comfy while having all the character you would expect from a 17th century cottage. There's an open fire, a disused bread oven, tile and wood floors and a tiny leaded window in the main bedroom.
Set beside the quiet Exford road, the cottage has roses climbing up the wall and a large garden stretching down to the River Exe. When the water is low, children have a happy time paddling and exploring.
The cottage has been our holiday home for nearly 50 years. Three generations now enjoy this magical place. We hope you like it as much as we do.
